Donation Policy

Our commitment to donors. We use every gift for the purposes described on this website.

Designated gifts. Gifts designated to a pillar go to that pillar. If a pillar's needs are fully met, our Board of Trustees may direct the gift to where it's needed most.

Monthly gifts. You can change or cancel a monthly gift anytime by emailing info@forthehayters.com.

Refunds. If you made a gift in error, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.

​

Donor privacy. We never sell, rent, or share donor information.

Tax status. For the Hayters Foundation is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation (EIN 42-2921856). We have applied to the IRS for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3). If recognized, our exemption will apply back to our incorporation date of June 2, 2026, and contributions made since then will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
